Bettsimar Diaz

Bettsimar Diaz’s childhood was filled with music. Growing up next to one of Latin America’s most celebrated composers, her father Simón Díaz, shaped her professional career forever. Although she studied piano, literature, and graduated as a lawyer, Bettsimar has been dedicated to the music and entertainment industries since she was 24-years old and has produced 22 music albums. In Venezuela, she created "La Vuelta al Mundo," a radio show focused on world music, and "Cuando las ganas se juntan,” a TV program dedicated to live music. Bettsimar hosted the former for four years and the latter for two years. Currently, in addition to overseeing Stingray’s content for Latin America, Bettsimar is dedicated to promoting emerging popular music artists through digital platforms and live acoustic performances.
