Classic Rock

Listen Now play-now

You can’t pin a year on a classic rock song. You just know what’s a classic. This is the soundtrack to the lives of the ‘young at heart’. Relive the sound that revolutionized the world of music, through the classic rock tunes from the late sixties to the eighties. Obviously there’s lots of Rolling Stones, Neil Young, Eric Clapton, Led Zeppelin, Tom Petty, Eagles, and more. There are many ‘Classic Rock’s radio stations on the dial, but none as classic as Stingray Music’s. Here you’ll find all the rock and none of the ads or boring banter.

Music Programmer

Eric Beaule

As far as he can remember, Eric Beaule has always been listening to music. Born in the 60’s, Eric grew up with the sounds of the 60’s & 70’s. He would constantly listen to records or the radio while doing homework or anything else for that matter.

At night he’d leave the radio on to make sure he would not miss a thing. His knowledge and interest in music led him to hosting a radio show for a few semesters while in College. His love of music also led Eric to learn to play bass and guitar by playing along to records which brought him to become a full time musician.

Eric was fortunate enough to make a living as a touring musician with signed bands and recording artists for over 15 years playing across Canada, the US and as far as Rio de Janeiro & Sao Paulo in Brazil, South America.

During those touring years, Eric was exposed to, and learned various styles of music to meet the demands of being a touring musician. Although 70’s rock was his first love, one genre that struck a chord with him big time was the 60’s and 70’s R&B and funk. As his interest and acquaintance for the genre grew, so did his CD and box set collection
